Upcoming Canadian one woman metal project VISCEN release debut EP

VISCEN from Newfoundland, Canada is crawling out from the frozen underground with debut EP DEATH SYMMETRY. The EP contains 3 tracks at a short but terrifyingly blistering 8 minutes and 28 seconds. The music is a chaotic yet catchy blend of the blackened atmosphere of the most hellish bands, the energy of raunchy punk rock, and the speed and vigor of thrash metal.
VISCEN is comprised of sole member NOCTUM, who was hooked on metal at an early age by the sound of BLACK SABBATH. After getting her first guitar, she quickly found inspiration from such legendary guitarists as METALLICA’s James Hetfield & Kirk Hammet, DEATH’s Chuck Schuldiner, and SLAYER’s Kerry King & Jeff Hanneman.
