Rough times deserve raw sounds
Formed by the end of 2019, EARTHFLESH has slowly been establishing itself a name in the noise scene, collaborating with some of the greatest names in the Underground. Three years and 40+ records later, Swiss-based musician Bruno Silvestre Favez is still there - loud and proud - cultivating and sculpting its noise with passion, guts and determination.
As a matter of fact, EARTHFLESH's latest collection of sounds is no half job! YEARS OF NO LIGHT and its extra-harsh follow-up ABSURD (MOMENTUM SURDITAS IIII) consist in a mere three hours of sound, oscillating between deep meditative drones and some of the harshest and filthiest wall noise recordings aver produced by the artist under its moniker. Noise for the sake of noise, somehow, with no particular intention in mind. Raw, dark and overtly negative - pretty much like the times we live in, eventually.
Better listened with headphones, if we may suggest. Maximum volume yields maximum results.
